Description and Primary Responsibilities:

-The Congressional Liaison Committee is composed of at least nine Commissioners, including one Federal Commissioner and one Commissioner from each of the Compact states. 

-The Committee defines and leads activities to educate Congressional representatives from the Compact District and other appropriate individuals concerning the Compact and its objectives, and the programs, concerns, and needs of the Commission.
