Description and Primary Responsibilities:

-The Nominating Committee is composed of three Commissioners; at least one of whom shall be a past-Chairman of the Commission. 

-It shall prepare and present (at the meeting held immediately prior to July 1 of each year) a slate of candidates for the offices to be filled for the Commission.
