Description and Primary Responsibilities:

-The Committee shall provide advice and guidance to the Commission on the design and operation of its programs to recognize the contributions of outstanding operators of water and wastewater treatment facilities. 

-Members shall include representatives of the Publicly Owned Wastewater Treatment Works Advisory Committee, the Water Users Advisory Committee, the Technical Committee, and two Commissioners.
