Description and Primary Responsibilities:

-For major special projects, steering committees will be established to provide advice, guidance, and oversight of the design and implementation of such projects. 

-Members of the steering committees shall include representatives of the entities providing resources for the project as well as other persons whose expertise is deemed necessary by the Commission Chairman.
