Description and Primary Responsibilities:

-The Committee is comprised of representatives of wastewater treatment departments or districts or other public agencies.

-It supplies the Commission with data as a part of a basinwide water quality monitoring system and advises and provides input to the Commission on matters relating to wastewater treatment.
