WORLD WATER MONITORING DAY, what's that you ask? It’s fun, easy and important! Each year since 2002, on October 18, monitoring volunteers celebrate the conclusion of a month-long effort designed to collect data and educate people about water monitoring while involving them in personal stewardship of their local water resources. Since
1948, ORSANCO and its member states have cooperated to improve
water quality in the Ohio River Basin so that the river
and its tributaries can be used for drinking water, industrial
supplies, and recreational purposes; and can support a healthy
and diverse aquatic community. ORSANCO operates monitoring
programs to check for pollutants and toxins that may interfere
with specific uses of the river, and conducts special studies

What: ORSANCO Bimonthly Sampling and Nutrients Programs
RFP: The Ohio River Valley Water Sanitation Commission (ORSANCO) is soliciting bids
